Pastor Richard is Ordained as an Associate Member of the Christian Leaders Alliance. He was the Founder of "Operation Yellow Spear" an evangelistic organization targeting veterans and the homeless. He currently hosts the "LostGen Podcast", a weekly show aimed to share life, truth, and hope with the millennial generation. Pastor Richard has been nominated as the National Foundation for a Better Life's Everyday Hero of the Month 2 times, received the Best Speaker Award from the Military Order of the World Wars, received the Presidential Community Service Award (Gold) 5 times and served as the Young Marine of the Year for Delaware 2 times.
